We are looking for builders who can combine software engineering, applied AI, and product thinking to create reliable AI systems that operate in real-world production environments.\nYou will work on systems that reason, retrieve, plan, summarize, automate workflows, and interact across chat, voice, and enterprise data ecosystems.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAI Application Development\nBuild and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or open-source models\nDevelop intelligent workflows using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, agents, and tool-calling architectures\nDesign conversational AI systems for enterprise and customer-facing use cases\nBuild scalable APIs and backend systems for AI applications\nAI Infrastructure & Engineering\nIntegrate AI models into production-grade applications with focus on latency, reliability, observability, and cost optimization\nBuild evaluation pipelines for prompt quality, hallucination detection, and response accuracy\nWork with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS\nImplement caching, memory, and orchestration layers for AI systems\nData & Model Operations\nFine-tune and optimize models where required\nBuild pipelines for ingestion, chunking, embedding, and retrieval\nWork with structured and unstructured datasets\nMonitor model performance and continuously improve outputs\nCollaboration & Product Thinking\nPartner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ship AI-first experiences\nTranslate ambiguous business problems into scalable AI solutions\nRapidly prototype and iterate AI features based on user feedback\nRequired Skills & Experience\nCore Engineering\nStrong proficiency in Python\nSolid backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, async systems, distributed systems)\nExperience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django\n\nAI / LLM Ecosystem\nHands-on experience with:\nOpenAI APIs\nClaude APIs\nLangChain / LlamaIndex / DSPy\nRAG architectures\nAI agents and tool calling\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering and evaluation methodologies\nDatabases & Infrastructure\nExperience with vector databases and embeddings\nFamiliarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, or similar systems\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)\nFrontend / Product Integration (Preferred)\nFamiliarity with React or Next.js\nAbility to collaborate effectively on end-to-end AI product experiences\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building AI-native products in production\nExposure to multimodal AI (voice, video, OCR, vision)\nExperience with AI observability and evaluation tools\nFamiliarity with healthcare, AdTech, SaaS, or enterprise workflows\nExperience
