On-site, full-time role based in Mohali, Punjab.

Role Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of campaign projects across departments
• Coordinate between content, design, video, social media, research, and ground teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
• Develop project timelines, task allocation systems, and execution plans aligned with campaign priorities
• Track daily progress of ongoing projects and ensure deadlines, quality standards, and campaign objectives are met
• Conduct regular team follow-ups, review meetings, and performance tracking to maintain operational efficiency
• Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and campaign execution across all verticals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced political environment

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in project management, campaign management, media operations, or related fields
• Strong understanding of political campaigns, digital media workflows, and content production cycles
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple deadlines efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
• Understanding of Punjab's political landscape and current affairs is preferred
• Strong command over written and spoken Punjabi and Hindi is preferred
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong execution and coordination capabilities
