About the Role:-\n\nChandigarh University is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional for the role of Associate Director – Coordination & Strategy Management Cell .\n\nThe incumbent will play a key role in monitoring institutional performance, tracking strategic initiatives, managing KPI dashboards, and delivering data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making. This position is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in data analytics, strategic planning, MIS, quality assurance, and performance management.\n\nKey Responsibilities:-\nStrategic Performance Monitoring\nMonitor institutional KPIs and performance dashboards on a regular basis.\nIdentify emerging risks, performance gaps, and operational concerns through data analysis.\nTrack performance trends and provide timely recommendations for corrective action.\nDashboard & Data Management\nMaintain and update strategic dashboards and milestone trackers.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.\nValidate information received from multiple departments before reporting.\nAnalytics & Executive Reporting\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.\nDevelop executive summaries, analytical reports, and decision-support documents.\nConduct trend analysis, variance analysis, and performance benchmarking.\nStrategic Planning Support\nTrack progress of institutional initiatives and strategic projects.\nSupport annual planning and review exercises through data-driven insights.\nContribute to performance evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nResearch & Intelligence\nMonitor developments in higher education, accreditation, policy, and regulatory frameworks.\nPrepare concise intelligence briefs highlighting implications for institutional strategy and performance.\nStakeholder Coordination\nCollaborate with academic and administrative departments for data collection and reporting.\nCoordinate reporting timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.\n\nEligibility Criteria:-\nEducation\nPh.D. or Postgraduate Degree in Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Education Administration, Operations Research, or a related discipline.\nMBA will be an added advantage.\nExperience\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning, MIS & Reporting, Business/Data Analytics, Institutional Research, Quality Assurance, Performance Monitoring, or related functions.\n\nRequired Skills:-\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS)\nKPI Monitoring & Reporting\nDashboard Management\nData Validation & Reconciliation\nTrend & Variance Analysis\nExecutive Reporting\nRisk Assessment & Performance Tracking\nPreferred Skills\nPower BI\nTableau\nLooker Studio\nData Visualization\nAI Tools for Reporting & Analytics\nInstitutional MIS Platforms\nDesired Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExceptional attention to detail\nData-driven decision-making mindset\nExcellent report-writing and presentation skills\nAbility to work with large datasets and multiple stakeholders\nStrong planning, coordination, and organizational abilities\n\nInterested candidates may share their updated resume at:\nEmail:\nContact: 7696201574
