Company Description TWINVEY Electric Private Limited performs Power System studies and carries out electrical engineering design calculations including FEED document preparation for various diverse areas, like, Manufacturing industries, Oil & Gas Industries, Utilities, Airports, Commercial/ high-rise residential buildings.\n\nRole Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role based in Virudhachalam. The Office Administrator will manage daily office operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, organizing files, and supporting scheduling and calendar management for team members. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, greeting and assisting visitors, managing office supplies and equipment, and ensuring the workspace is organized and presentable.

The Office Administrator will assist with preparing documents, basic reports, and other administrative tasks as needed to support smooth business operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nField Work & Errands:\nErrands related to office\nVisit banks for cheque deposits, cash withdrawals, and statement updates.\nPurchase daily office supplies, pantry items, or minor electrical components as required.\n\nIn-Office Administration:\nManage front desk activities, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.\nMaintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all invoices, receipts, and company documents are organized.\nAssist with basic data entry, record keeping, and drafting routine emails or letters.\nMonitor office inventory and create procurement lists.\nCoordinate with internal team members and assist management with daily operational tasks.\nAssist Engineering staff with project report preparation.\n\nQualifications\nStrong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations and support multiple team members effectively.\nHands-on experience with Office Equipment (printers, scanners, copiers, telephone systems) and basic troubleshooting abilities.\nExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and vendors.\nProficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and comfort working with digital files and email systems.\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.\nPrevious experience in an office administration or front-office role is preferred; experience in technical or service-oriented industries is an advantage.\nRelevant degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by experience.
