Build strong client relationships, understand business needs, and deliver tailored insurance solutions.\n\n- Bachelor’s Degree/Master's Degree\n\n:\n• 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in Insurance companies / Insurance Broking firms/ client Insurance\n• Have good client engagement Skills.\n• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.\n• Have good negotiation skills.\n• Be capable of orchestrating cross-functional engagements.\n\n:\n• Client Relationship management- Client servicing and retention of existing clients\n• Cross Selling- Identification of cross sell opportunities, reference selling skills.\n• Procurement of quotes from Insurers, Preparation of RFQs and quote comparison reports.\n• Analytical capabilities to understand the losses/ claims.\n• Product knowledge- Expert level of Domain Knowledge on Property, Marine Insurance and other commercial lines, Non EB lines.\n• Review meetings with client.\n• Preparation of claims analysis reports and the presentations for client interactions.\n• Coordination with Internal teams such as claims and sales.
