VP / VP – Projects is a senior leadership role within the Projects Division, accountable for driving end-to-end execution of large-scale high-rise construction projects — residential towers, commercial developments, and hospitality assets. This is a high-ownership role that demands a proven real estate construction leader with the technical depth, commercial acumen, and leadership presence to deliver complex, fast-tracked vertical projects to the highest standards of quality, cost, and schedule. Project Planning & Execution Fram\neworkWork closely with the Project Head, leadership team, and key stakeholders to develop the project management framework and sign off on the Engineering b\nrief.Prepare the master project plan, incorporating activity-level breakdowns, milestones, resource plans, timelines, and identified r\nisks.Provide structured inputs to the planning department for detailed scheduling, critical path identification, and project monitoring framew\norks.Define and implement policies, practices, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all project operations, and ensure adherence across departm\n\nents.\n2. Design Coordination & Drawing Mana\ngementManage the finalisation of project drawings in close coordination with the Architecture team and specialist consul\ntants.Review, validate, and sign off on design documentation to ensure alignment with project brief, cost budgets, and construction feasib\nility.Drive continuous value engineering and innovation across design and construction phases to optimise quality and cost out\n\ncomes.\n3.
Contractor Management & Proc\nurementLead contractor empanelment by reviewing and validating the scope of work, BOQ documents, quality standards, and timelines for all project con\ntracts.Ensure the best possible contractual terms and conditions are finalised across structural, MEP, finishing, façade, and other specialist pa\nckages.Monitor procurement of materials and equipment to ensure adherence to agreed delivery schedules, quality standards, and quantities; take corrective action where deviations\narise.Manage contractor performance on-site — tracking progress, addressing bottlenecks, and enforcing contractual oblig\n\nations.\n4. Quality Assurance &\nControlDefine and enforce QA/QC norms to ensure all construction activities comply with expected quality standards and applicabl\ne codes.Champion a culture of quality on-site — conducting structured quality audits and implementing corrective and preventive\nactions.Ensure all material testing, inspections, and quality documentation are maintained in line with project specifi\n\ncations.\n5. HSE & Statutory C\nomplianceEnsure full compliance with all HSE regulations as defined by regulatory authorities under applicable labour laws and\nstatutes.Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all project personnel, site workers, and\nvisitors.Obtain all required licences, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), and statutory approvals from government and regulatory authorities before commencing and during construction ac\n\ntivities.\n6.
Risk\nManagementIdentify project risks proactively across design, execution, procurement, and compliance d\nimensions.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans — including credible alternate backup options — and ensure\nadherence.Escalate material risks to the Project Head with clear mitigation recomm\n\nendations.\n7.
