Associate Creative Director – Copy\n\nLocation: Noida Sector 63, A-181 – Allsure Services\nWork Mode: On-site\nWorking Days: 5.5 days a week\nJoining: Immediate joiners preferred\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe’re looking for a seasoned Associate Creative Director – Copy who can lead ideas, shape narratives, and drive high-impact campaigns across platforms. This role is for someone who doesn’t just write copy but thinks in campaigns, builds brand voice, and collaborates deeply with design, strategy, and production teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and conceptualize integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms\nTranslate brand strategy into compelling copy, scripts, and storytelling formats\nWrite clear, persuasive, and original copy for:\n\nAd campaigns\nSocial media\nVideo scripts & reels\nBrand films and commercials\nCollaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to bring ideas to life\nTake ownership of creative direction on campaigns from ideation to execution\nMentor junior copywriters and ensure consistency in tone and quality\nParticipate in client discussions, presentations, and pitch decks\nStay updated with trends, cultural insights, and platform-specific content styles\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nProven experience working on brand campaigns and creative strategy\nStrong portfolio showcasing campaign-based work (mandatory)\nAbility to think in big ideas, not just captions\nHands-on experience with video scripting, ad films, and short-form content\nUnderstanding of shoot execution, storyboarding, and on-set workflows\nStrong command over language, tone, and brand voice development\nExperience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment\nLeadership mindset with the ability to guide and inspire a team\n\nBonus Points If You Have\n\nExperience working across multiple industries (F&B, lifestyle, tech, etc.)\nExposure to influencer campaigns or branded content\nA knack for spotting trends and turning them into campaigns quickly\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nSomeone who:\n\nThinks like a storyteller and executes like a strategist\nCan balance creativity with business objectives\nIs proactive, opinionated (in a good way), and detail-oriented\nCan own campaigns end-to-end without hand-holding\n\nApplication Requirement\n\nPortfolio showcasing campaign work is mandatory
