Manager/ Senior Manager - Trainer

Key Responsibilities\n• Support the Career Management Centre in achieving the placement targets and conduct mentoring sessions periodically to enhance student employability and career readiness.\n• Deliver training sessions to PGDM students, ensure timely completion of the curriculum, integrate industry perspectives into the learning process, and maintain updated records and reports.\n• Identify students requiring additional support and implement targeted interventions to improve their employability and performance.\n• Develop and update training content, including modules, create assessment resources, and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance learning effectiveness.\n• Ensure weekly trackers and reports while collaborating effectively with faculty members and the Career Management Centre team.\n• Facilitate at least one recruiter or alumni engagement session each month, incorporate recruiter feedback into training initiatives within the stipulated timeline, support placement drives, and contribute towards improving recruiter satisfaction.
