Value Stream Manager

Value Stream Leader:\nIn this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end value stream across production and logistics operations, ensuring optimal resource utilization and continuous improvement. You will drive quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) performance by managing capacity, optimizing workflows, and implementing Lean/OPEX methodologies to achieve operational excellence.\n\nYour job:\nLead and manage the value stream operations, ensuring optimal capacity planning and resource allocation (people, machines, materials)\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/OPEX tools to enhance quality, productivity, and delivery performance\nMonitor and analyze KPIs, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to sustain performance\nOptimize production and logistics workflows by identifying losses and driving efficiency improvements\nEnsure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards within the value stream\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, escalate risks, and implement improvements\nLead shopfloor management routines (PDCA, daily operations reviews) to drive execution excellence\nDrive innovation and process improvements by implementing ideas and best practices\nManage, coach, and develop team members, ensuring high performance and engagement\nEnsure compliance with company policies, and support customer-focused delivery outcomes\n\nOur requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field with 6–8 years of relevant experience in production or logistics\nStrong knowledge of Lean/OPEX methodologies, value stream management, and process improvement\nExperience in team handling, shopfloor management, and KPI-driven operations\nKnowledge of quality management systems and production/logistics processes\nGood analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills\nProficiency in MS Office and SAP with good English communication skills
