Job Description
You will work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to understand customer requirements, design tailored ITSM solutions, and support the sales cycle with deep domain expertise.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSolution Design & Consulting:\nUnderstand client ITSM needs and map them to HCL BigFix Service Management capabilities.\nCreate and present solution architectures, demos, and proof-of-concepts.\nCustomize presentations to address specific industry challenges and use cases.\nSales Support:\nCollaborate with account managers and business development teams to strategize on opportunities.\nRespond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical inputs and solution narratives.\nAssist in pricing strategies and effort estimation for proposed solutions.\nProduct Expertise:\nMaintain deep knowledge of HCL BigFix Service Management modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog.\nStay updated on platform enhancements, integrations, and roadmap.\nProvide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions.\n\nCustomer Engagement:\nAct as a trusted advisor during Presales engagements.\nConduct workshops, webinars, and technical sessions with prospects.\nBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in ITSM presales or consulting roles.\nStrong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.\nExperience with similar platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, ManageEngine, Freshworks, etc.).\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Certifications:\nITIL Foundation or higher\nOther relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 20000, PMP)
