Job Title: Project Manager\nSkills: Project Management, Production Support, Unix, Linux, SQL, ETL, Pyspark & Databricks\nExperience: 10 - 15 years\nLocation: Greater Noida\n\nWe at Coforge are hiring a Project Manager with the following skillset:\n\nFacilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies\nCoach the team on Agile principles and practices to ensure continuous improvement\nRemove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment\nTrack and report sprint progress, velocity, and other Agile metrics\nEnsure alignment between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders\nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and communication plans\nMonitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to leadership\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nProven 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in data migration or similar IT projects\nStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management methodologies\nExperience with data migration tools, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (good to have)\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills\nProficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP are a plus\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare) with data governance requirements\nFamiliarity with data quality, cleansing, and validation techniques
