Guided by the principles of Wholistic Wellbeing, we promote a culture of sports participation at grassroots level and empower individuals to realize their athletic potential.\n\nOur focus is on bringing world class standards to Roundglass Sports Academy, which will support the development of talent in football, hockey, tennis and golf.\n\nLearn more: http://roundglasssports.com\n\nAbout the role:\nRoundglass Sports is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive the brand, marketing and communications strategy across its multi-sport ecosystem (Hockey, Tennis, Golf and Talents). As a key member of the marketing team, the role will be responsible for strengthening brand visibility, audience engagement, stakeholder relationships and the commercial growth of the Sports business.\n\nWorking closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Marketing Lead will develop and execute integrated marketing, communications, digital, content and partnership strategies that elevate the profile and impact of Roundglass Sports while aligning with the organization's vision and long-term objectives.\n\nThis is a unique opportunity to shape the growth of one of India's most ambitious sports development ecosystems and contribute to a purpose-led mission of sporting excellence, community impact and holistic wellbeing.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead the development and execution of the marketing, brand and communications strategy across Roundglass Sports' ecosystem (Hockey, Tennis, Golf and Talents).\nDefine and strengthen the brand positioning, architecture and storytelling of Roundglass Sports and its constituent programs, academies, athletes and initiatives to drive awareness, engagement and long-term brand equity.\nDevelop and champion compelling narratives that bring to life the impact of Roundglass Sports, showcasing athlete journeys, grassroots development, high-performance success stories and community impact across multiple channels and audiences.\nDevelop annual marketing plans, budgets and performance frameworks aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.\nPartner with sports, business and operational leaders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, events, content and communications initiatives that support participation, performance, reputation and growth objectives.\nDrive media visibility, audience growth and stakeholder engagement through strategic communications, digital platforms, content marketing, partnerships and thought leadership initiatives.\nLead the development of donor-facing and stakeholder communication assets, including annual reports, impact reports, presentations, proposals, websites, brochures, case studies and other strategic marketing collateral.\nTranslate program outcomes, athlete achievements and organizational impact into compelling stories and communication assets that support fundraising, partnerships, advocacy and stakeholder engagement objectives.\nOversee the planning, development and governance of websites, digital platforms and marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with the Roundglass brand.\nIdentify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance the reach, reputation and impact of Roundglass Sports.\nBuild and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media, sponsors, governing bodies, athletes, donors, agencies and community partners.\nLead external agencies, creative partners and vendors to ensure high-quality execution, brand consistency and operational excellence across all marketing initiatives.\nEstablish a data-driven approach to marketing by monitoring performance, audience insights and campaign effectiveness to continuously optimize outcomes and demonstrate impact.\nServe as a key member of the Roundglass Sports leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, organizational priorities and long-term business growth initiatives.\n\nSkills & Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications or Business Management preferred.\n18-20+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management and communications, with mandatory experience in the sports industry.

Candidates must have worked with sports organizations, leagues, clubs, federations, athlete management businesses, sporting events, academies or sports-focused brands.\nProven track record of leading marketing functions, building brands, driving audience growth and contributing to the commercial success of sports properties and programs.\nDemonstrated experience managing a broad range of stakeholders, including media, sponsors, donors, governing bodies, athletes, agencies, partners and senior leadership teams.\nStrong expertise across brand strategy, integrated marketing, digital marketing, content development, communications, public relations and partnership marketing, with the ability to drive high-impact campaigns across multiple channels.\nExperience leading the development of annual reports, impact reports, websites, presentations, proposals, donor communications and other high-value stakeholder-facing collateral.\nStrong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate organizational objectives into measurable marketing outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on execution.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage agencies and vendors, and deliver high-impact initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills, with a strong eye for design, brand consistency and audience engagement.\nStrong analytical, organizational, project management, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.\nPassion for sport and a deep understanding of the sports ecosystem, with alignment to the Roundglass vision of creating impact through sport and wellbeing.\nMandatory Requirement: Applicants without prior sports marketing or sports industry experience will not be considered for this role.
