Job Description Summary

Primary Objectives:

  • Provide expert-level support and incident response for security platforms.
  • Lead complex troubleshooting and configuration tasks.
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor security policies to their needs.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base development.


Main Duties / Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint security tools
  • Handle L3 escalations from Client
  • Configure and optimize email filtering, DLP, encryption, and threat protection policies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed incident reports.
  • Collaborate with client IT and security teams to implement best practices.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and integrating endpoint security solutions.
  • Monitor platform health and performance, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Support endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Palo Alto XDR, Trellix, etc) as needed.
  • Participate in change management and security governance processes.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
  • Accept, manage and update service requests to ensure contracted Service Level Agreements are met.
