We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media campaigns, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving audience engagement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and blogs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content production.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversions.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with followers and online communities.
- Monitor social media trends and audience behavior.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide recommendations based on analytics and market trends.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Experience in video editing and content creation.
- Understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and lead generation.
- Creative thinking and trend analysis capabilities.
- Growth in followers and engagement rates.
