Job Title: Senior Designer / Chief Designer

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6–11 Years

Qualification:

• Architects: M.Arch / B.Arch
• Interior Designers: Diploma / Degree / Master’s in Interior Design

Preferred Experience: Developer Spaces / Healthcare / Hospitality Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver high-quality architectural/interior design solutions.
• Manage complete design portfolios and project execution.
• Handle statutory submission drawings for Mumbai & Mumbai Region projects.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for seamless project delivery.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide team members for professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, manpower budgets, and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong design and conceptualization skills
• Experience in statutory drawings & approvals
• Stakeholder coordination and project management
• Team handling and presentation skills
