Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and technically skilled Field Service Engineers / Field Sales & Service Engineers to support installation, servicing, customer training, troubleshooting, and sales activities for medical diagnostic equipment across assigned territories.

The role involves direct interaction with hospitals, laboratories, dealers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless customer support and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning

Install and commission medical diagnostic equipment at customer sites

Ensure proper calibration, validation, and operational readiness before handover

Customer Training & Onboarding

Train customers and end-users on product operation and maintenance

Provide operational guidance, manuals, and technical support

After-Sales Service & Technical Support

Handle preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown calls, and troubleshooting

Ensure minimum equipment downtime and timely issue resolution

Maintain service logs and technical documentation

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular engagement with customers and healthcare professionals

Address service concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

Support repeat business and referral opportunities

Dealer & Sub-Dealer Coordination

Coordinate with channel partners for installation, service, and sales support

Conduct product and technical training sessions for dealer teams

Reporting & Documentation

Submit timely service reports, installation reports, and customer visit logs

Maintain accurate CRM and documentation records

Monitor competitor products and market activities

Share market feedback and customer insights with management

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in medical devices / diagnostics / healthcare industry

Diploma / bachelor’s degree in biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Biotechnology, or related field

Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
