Job Title: Customer Service Agent – English\nLocation: Noida, India\nDepartment: Call Center Agent\nShift: Rotational US Shift\nOffs: Rotational\nMode: Work from Office\nStart Date: Immediate\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Provide real-time verbal interpretation between LPE customers and English-speaking representatives, ensuring clarity and accuracy.\n• Assist customers in understanding complex processes, instructions, or service information with clarity and empathy.\n• Partner with the customer team to support interactions across different customer journeys (e.g., support calls, issue resolution).\n• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism during calls.\n• Help document and relay customer issues or needs clearly to internal stakeholders.\n• Collaborate with team leads, QA teams, and operations to ensure consistent communication standards are met.\n• Support training sessions or meetings involving participants when required.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n• Fluency and strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).\n• Prior experience as a customer service agent, translator, or bilingual support agent preferred.\n• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage conversations professionally and sensitively.\n• Familiarity with interpreting in a customer service or operational environment is a plus.\n• High level of attention to detail, particularly in conveying tone, intent, and context accurately.\n• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n• Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, CRM platforms, or other communication systems.
