🚀 Hiring: SAP FICA / RMCA Analyst & Solution Consultant
📍 Location: Pune

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICA / RMCA Analyst & Solution Consultant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP FICA/RMCA processes, telecom receivables, and SAP S/4HANA environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solution designs
• Manage enhancements, testing, UAT support, and end-user training
• Coordinate with offshore ABAP developers and project teams
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets
🔹 Required Skills:
'14; SAP FICA / RMCA expertise
'14; Strong understanding of Telecom Finance & Receivables processes
'14; Experience in Billing & Invoicing
'14; Knowledge of Payment Lot, Return Lot, Dunning, Collection Agency, Security Deposits
'14; Hands-on experience with ALE IDOCs, RFC APIs, and REST APIs
'14; CRM Integration & Master Data understanding
'14; Accounts Receivable & Payable knowledge
'14; SAP S/4HANA experience
'14; Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Qualifications:
• 8–12 years of SAP FICA/RMCA experience
• Experience delivering large-scale global projects
• Ability to manage estimates, risks, escalations, and timelines
• SAP Certification preferred
