We are hiring a LinkedIn Strategist to lead personal branding strategies for professionals across niches, including sales, marketing, business consulting, and more. As a LinkedIn Strategist, you will use your creativity, research, and analytics to develop LinkedIn content strategies that help our clients stand out, build trust, and grow.

Your role:

🔹 Strategy & Planning

%CF; Research trends, formats, and viral content in different niches

%CF; Build content strategies that grow visibility, trust, and engagement

%CF; Come up with creative content hooks, carousels, and formats

%CF; Maintain a content calendar

%CF; Repurpose ideas to maximize reach

%CF; Continuously analyze what’s working and what’s not

🔹 Analytics & Optimization

%CF; Track post performance (views, engagement, and comments)

%CF; Use data to improve future content strategy

🔹 Collaboration

%CF; Conduct strategy calls or possess voice notes to understand the expectations and requirements of clients

%CF; Interact with clients or their teams for inputs and clarity

%CF; Work closely with content writers by giving them clear briefs, research, and ideas to help our clients get viral on LinkedIn

What we are looking for:

'05; At least 1 year of experience as a LinkedIn strategist or ghostwriter

'05; You understand LinkedIn’s algorithm, trends, and content styles

'05; You can manage multiple clients without losing clarity

'05; You know what’s genuinely good content

'05; You know how to generate lead magnet posts for generating inbound leads

'05; You can work on DM scripts for cold outreach that generates leads

Bonus if you:

'05; Have previous experience as a LinkedIn content strategist

'05; Are familiar with Notion, Slack, Kleo, or similar tools

'05; Can find trending content ideas from Reddit
