- Build modern UIs using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Develop scalable, reusable component-driven architectures
- Integrate with REST APIs & backend services
- Optimize performance, accessibility & responsiveness
- Debug and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with Product, Design & Backend teams
- Contribute to code reviews, architecture & best practices
🔹 For Senior Engineers (5–7 Yrs)
- Lead development of complex frontend features
- Drive architecture decisions & performance improvements
- Mentor junior engineers & guide best practices
- Own end-to-end delivery (design → production)
- Improve observability, scalability & system reliability
🔹 Core Skills
'14;️ React + TypeScript (must-have)
'14;️ Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS fundamentals
'14;️ Experience with state management & frontend architecture
'14;️ REST APIs & asynchronous programming
'14;️ Debugging using browser dev tools
'14;️ Git & modern frontend tooling
