📍 Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Budget : upto 9 lpa
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive D&C Departmental Executive to support our Digital & Change function across operations, resource management, reporting, finance coordination, recruitment, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
'05; Resource allocation and timesheet management
'05; MIS reporting and utilization tracking
'05; Purchase Order & invoice reconciliation support
'05; Budgeting and financial governance coordination
'05; Recruitment tracking and onboarding support
'05; Meeting coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management
'05; Maintaining organizational charts, intranet pages, and reports
Required Skills:
'14; 5+ years of experience in Operations Coordination, PMO Support, Executive Support, or similar roles
'14; Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word skills
'14; Experience with reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management
'14; Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, and project/resource management tools
'14; Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
'14; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
⭐ Experience working with UK-based clients or global stakeholders
⭐ Exposure to Project for the Web (PFTW) or similar resource management tools
