Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Applications or Engineering (acceptable if marketing experience is strong)
- 5+ years in Digital Marketing (6–10 years preferred)
- Leadership Exposure: Team handling / agency coordination experience preferred
- Domain Preference: SaaS product company OR agency servicing SaaS clients
- Digital Marketing Strategy for SaaS Products
- Performance Marketing / Paid Campaigns (Google Ads, , PPC Campaign Management, ROAS / CAC optimization)
- SEO Expertise (Technical, On-page & Off-page)
- Marketing Funnel & Conversion Optimization [Lead Funnel Design, Trial-to-Paid Conversion, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)]
- Analytics & Reporting [Google Analytics, KPI Monitoring (MQL, SQL, CAC, LTV, ROI)]
- Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Social Media & Brand Marketing
- Stakeholder & Team Management
- SaaS Industry Experience
- Growth Marketing Mindset
Good to Have:
- Google Ads / Analytics certifications (strong advantage)
Description:
We are looking for a strong Digital Marketing Head with solid min 5+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS marketing and performance-driven campaigns. The candidate should have managed end-to-end digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC, email marketing, automation, social media, and conversion funnels, preferably for SaaS products targeting both Indian and international markets. They want someone data-driven who understands lead generation, CAC, ROI, and funnel optimization, while also being capable of leading teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and driving product growth through scalable digital strategies.
