Key Responsibilities


Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and life-stage requirements through comprehensive
financial planning
Design and recommend customized wealth management solutions across investments, insurance,
lending, and retirement planning
Advice clients on a range of financial products
Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and recommend rebalancing strategies based on market conditions
and client objectives
Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI and retail clients, ensuring high levels of
engagement and satisfaction
Stay updated on macroeconomic trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide
informed advice
Coordinate with internal research, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless client servicing
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM platforms
Contribute to client acquisition through referrals, networking, and cross-functional collaboration


Skills & Competencies


Strong understanding of financial planning and wealth management principles
Knowledge of investment products, taxation, insurance, and estate planning concepts
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
