Role: ServiceNow ITSM Developer
Location: Hyderabad/Pune

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules including:
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
    • Change Management
    • Request Management
    • Service Catalog
    • Knowledge Management
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using:
    • Business Rules
    • Client Scripts
    • Script Includes
    • UI Policies
    • UI Actions
    • Flow Designer
    • Workflow
  • Configure Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Catalog Workflows.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and support teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and customization.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Expertise in:
    • GlideRecord
    • GlideAjax
    • Scripted REST APIs
    • ACLs
    • Data Policies
    • Transform Maps
    • Import Sets
  • Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
  • Experience with update sets, source control, and release management.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Mandatory Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
