Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors People Management and Global Mobility (PMGM) modules to help organizations streamline employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, talent development, and global workforce mobility. You will work closely with HR teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient use of SuccessFactors software.
• Implementation & Configuration:
o Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the SuccessFactors PMGM suite, including modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Global Benefits.
o Ensure system configuration aligns with client business processes and HR best practices.
• Global Mobility Management:
o Provide expertise in managing global workforce mobility, including relocation, expatriate management, immigration, and tax compliance processes.
o Work with clients to automate and streamline international assignments using SuccessFactors.
• Consultation and Solution Design:
o Collaborate with HR teams and other business units to design and implement tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
o Support stakeholders in defining and managing talent management strategies, including employee development, succession planning, and performance appraisals.
• System Integration & Data Management:
o Coordinate with IT teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, ERP) and third-party applications.
o Manage data migration and ensure data accuracy across all SuccessFactors modules.
• Training & Support:
o Provide training and support to end-users on the SuccessFactors PMGM modules.
o Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to ensure smooth operations.
• Reporting & Analytics:
o Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g., People Analytics).
o Support business decision-making with actionable insights derived from the system data.
