Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and external systems using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/HCI).
• Work extensively with SuccessFactors OData APIs and Compound Employee APIs for data exchange.
• Manage integration scenarios related to Employee Central on the cloud.
• Support onboarding-related integrations (Onboarding experience preferable).
• Handle at least two end-to-end SuccessFactors integration projects independently.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure secure and reliable data flow.
• Understand and manage SuccessFactors data models such as Employee, Foundation, and Picklist Data.
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Integration (SF CI).
• Proficiency in SAP CPI/HCI or similar middleware tools.
• Strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and related integration scenarios.
• Exposure to Onboarding module integrations (preferred).
• Experience with XML, JSON, and secure API-based integrations.
• Must have successfully delivered a minimum of two SAP SuccessFactors integration projects.
