• Prosci Certification is mandatory.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with proven experience engaging C-suite executives and senior leadership.
• Expertise in change impact assessments, communication planning, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.
• Ability to drive organizational transformation programs across multiple business functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience working in complex, fast-paced corporate environments.
Preferred:
• Consulting or large-scale transformation program experience.
• Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams.
Level: Senior Manager preferred; strong Manager-level candidates with significant executive stakeholder management experience will also be considered.
