Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module as per business requirements
• Configure compensation templates including merit, promotion, and adjustment guidelines
• Work on XML configuration, business rules, and role-based permissions (RBP)
• Manage compensation planning cycles, including worksheets, budget allocation, and approvals
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Ensure integration with Employee Central and other SF modules (Performance & Goals, Variable Pay)
• Perform data uploads, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Generate compensation statements and support end-to-end compensation review process
• Provide UAT support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely defect resolution
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user guides
• Support reporting requirements using Ad Hoc reports and Story reports
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness of compensation processes
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements to the system
• Stay updated with SF releases and implement enhancements where applicable

Preferred candidate profile
• 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in Compensation module
• Hands-on experience in Compensation implementation and/or support projects
• Good knowledge of compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotion, adjustments)
• Strong experience in Compensation template configuration and XML
• Familiarity with Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Business Rules, and data management
• Experience working with Employee Central (EC) integration
• Knowledge of Variable Pay and Performance & Goals (preferred)
• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation planning
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to interact with stakeholders and gather business requirements
• Experience in UAT support, defect handling, and system enhancements
