Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Engineering

Position: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Engineering

Total Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience

Education:Bachelors of Engineering (B.E) or plus

Location: Pune & should be open to regularly visit the project location at Jamnagar, Gujarat

Job duties and responsibilities will include- but not limited to- the following :

Role & Responsibilities (Key Skills):

• Provide leadership across engineering discipline to ensure pre & post order Engineering is undertaken in line with the technical specification of the key customers.
• Interface with Applications and Procurement team to finalize the Engineering Deliverable plan for each project being executed with the key account.
• Prepare a master delivery document list and its delivery plan for all engineering disciplines in line with overall project schedule.
• Ensure total contractual compliance of engineering deliveries in line with technical specifications/ company standards and maintain highest level of Engineering QA/QC to meet project objectives.
• Monitor in-house engineering performance and / or outsourced Engineering deliverables in line with the technical requirements of the project.
• Liaise with supply chain to ensure that all vendor related engineering documents are in line with project demands and the same are reviewed in detail at pre and post award stage with respective vendors.
• Coordinate engineering documents across various disciplines to ensure that all allied and related documents are reviewed in detail before onward submission to client.
• Maintain an Engineering quality plan and setup process to reduce revisions in drawings / does to ensure that the company's documents are better than Industrial standards.
• Provide feedback to execution team on any claims arising out of deviations / new compliances sought during engineering stage.
• Maintain effective alignment with client / consultant at all times during execution of projects and preparation on built drawings.
