About HIPCASTLE B2B

HIPCASTLE B2B is building a modern apparel sourcing and export business serving global brands across Kidswear, Womenswear, Menswear, Fashion Accessories, and Private Label Manufacturing.

We work with manufacturers, fabric mills, designers, buyers, exporters, logistics partners, and international brands to build products that reach customers across Europe, North America, and other global markets.

This internship is designed for highly ambitious individuals who want real business exposure, not just desk work.

What You'll Work OnBusiness Operations

• Coordinate with factories, vendors, and suppliers
• Track orders, production timelines, and deliveries
• Maintain business reports and dashboards
• Support inventory and sampling processes

Global Sourcing & Product Development

• Research fabrics, trims, and manufacturing partners
• Assist in sourcing products across India and overseas
• Coordinate sample development and approvals
• Track market trends in fashion and exports

Market Research

• Research international brands and competitors
• Analyze pricing, product categories, and market opportunities
• Study export trends across Europe, UK, USA, and Canada
• Identify potential buyers and distributors

Sales & Business Development

• Build and maintain buyer databases
• Generate leads for export opportunities
• Assist in client communication and follow-ups
• Support trade show and exhibition preparation

Systems & Process Building

• Work on SOP creation
• Organize business data and documentation
• Assist in CRM and ERP management
• Improve operational efficiency across departments
