Only those willing to Relocate to Bangalore should apply.\n\nIn-Short we are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain software solutions that streamline manufacturing, inventory, quality control, and operational processes in our aircraft parts manufacturing facility.\n\nCompany:\nA fast-growing manufacturing company with a strong focus on technology and automation. (Full details will be shared once shortlisted)\n• Work from Ankit group office in Jayanagar Bangalore (some WFH possible).\n• Regular factory visits to Jigani Bangalore.\n• Emphasis on deep business integration — not a pure digital startup.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Feature Discovery: collaborate with teams (i.e.

Sales, Manufacturing, Purchase) to understand pain points and identify feature requirements\n• Prioritization: decide what to build by always considering impact vs. effort–no vanity projects\n• Prototype development: prototype quickly using AI coding agents like Claude–and then bring in our development team to ship to production (or do it yourself)\n• User Adoption: ensure your feature is actually adopted by users through regular training, feedback, and documentation\n• Integrations: build integrations within our tech stacks using tools like n8n.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n• Work experience in Product / Engineering / Builder roles\n• Strong hands-on ability to build and ship (0 → 1 mindset)\n• Proven use of AI tools (Claude) with at least 1-2 products built\n• Ability to focus and context switch–you’ll be juggling 2-3 a projects at a time\n• Interest in manufacturing / industrial process (Good to have, not critical)\n\nHiring will be managed by YoungHire.
