Housekeeping Manager
Job Description
The role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across all villas, public areas, dining venues, and wellness facilities. Working closely with the resort leadership team, the Housekeeping Manager will oversee housekeeping operations, inventory management, quality assurance, and team development to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage all housekeeping operations across villas, public areas, dining venues, spa facilities, and back-of-house areas.\nEnsure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, and guest comfort throughout the resort.\nImplement and maintain luxury housekeeping standards, including room preparation, turndown services, and special guest requests.\nConduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.\nManage linen, uniforms, guest supplies, and housekeeping inventories while maintaining cost control measures.\nDevelop and implement housekeeping schedules, procedures, and productivity standards.\nLead, train, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service standards.\nCoordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.\nMonitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager within a luxury resort or 5-star hospitality environment.\nProven experience leading housekeeping operations in nature-based, remote, or destination resort settings.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.\nDemonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing housekeeping teams.\nStrong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, inventory management, and cost-control practices.\nExcellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.\nGuest-focused with a passion for delivering memorable hospitality experiences.\nProfessional, proactive, and committed to operational excellence.\n\nIf this opportunity appeals to you and you believe you are the right fit, we invite you to apply.\nPlease send your updated CV to before 30th June 2026 .
