Job Role/Title: 3D Modeling Artist | Experience: 4 - 8 years\n\nKey Responsibilities\nConvert CAD models into efficient and accurate 3D models with clean topology using 3ds Max/Blender.\nCreate high-quality 3D hardsurface assets, including: Machines, Products, Vehicles, Props (environmental, interactive assets), Mechanical and industrial objects\nTranslate concept art, references, and design briefs into final in-game assets.\nEnsure assets meet AAA visual quality and are optimized for real-time engines.\nDevelop clean topology, efficient, and well-structured meshes.\nFollow proper naming conventions, pipelines, and technical guidelines.\nMaintain consistency in style, scale, and quality across all assets.\nManage time efficiently and meet production deadlines.\n\nKey Skillset and Requirements for this Role :\nStrong experience in hard surface modeling and product modeling for games and real-time applications.\nProven ability to create industrial models, vehicles, and props at a high visual standard.\nBasic understanding of:\n- Real-world materials and manufacturing processes\n- PBR texturing workflows\n- Scale, proportion, and silhouette\nProficiency in industry-standard tools such as Autodesk Maya / 3ds Max / Blender.\nExcellent knowledge of optimization techniques.\nAbility to take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nGood understanding of game art production pipelines.\n\nPortfolio Requirements\nA strong portfolio showcasing:\nHigh-quality hard surface PBR models and props(low, mid, and high-poly)\nClean topology.
