Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist to join our team at NeuroLink Rehab in Hyderabad. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy to patients with speech and language disorders, including those caused by neurological and developmental conditions. Key responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, maintaining detailed patient records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will also provide education and support to patients and their families to enhance communication strategies and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Able to take sessions for Pediatric, Adult along with understanding of Swallowing.
• Proficiency in speech-language assessment, diagnosis, and therapy design
• Strong knowledge of developmental and neurological disorders such as MS, CP, and SMA
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work directly with patients and families
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Relevant licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in rehabilitation or healthcare settings is highly desirable
• Ability to work empathetically and exhibit cultural sensitivity
