Role Overview
The Sales Specialist will handle incoming wedding enquiries, communicate with Indian and international clients, understand client requirements, and close bookings for wedding photography and filmmaking services.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence with premium clients, and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle leads from Instagram, website, referrals, and wedding platforms
Communicate with Indian and US clients via calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom
Understand client expectations and recommend suitable packages
Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline
Close bookings and coordinate handover to the project team
Maintain basic lead tracking and updates
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in sales or client handling
Prior experience handling international clients (US preferred)
Strong English communication skills
Experience selling high-value services is preferred
Wedding, events, or luxury service industry experience is a plus
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Zoom, email, and Google Sheets
This role is not suitable for freshers or tele-calling–only profiles.
Compensation
Fixed salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month (based on experience)
Commission on closed bookings
Higher incentives for international projects
