Convert leads into customers.\n• Use sales techniques to convince customers to purchase our product/services.\n• Manage customer onboarding with information gathering, call scheduling.\n• Handle existing customers and answer their queries.\n• Applying analytical abilities to address customer needs and concerns effectively.\n• Additional management and support responsibilities as the organization grows.\n• Maintain a friendly, professional tone that builds trust and confidence.\n• Maintain enquiry logs and share daily conversion reports.\n\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\n\nDO NOT APPLY if you do not meet EVERY requirement in this section.\n\n• B2C Experience: directly dealing with customers.\n• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (in any field).\n• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.\n• Good Hindi language speaking skills (Hindi writing is not required).\n• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales / Business Development / Client Relationship role. Must have experience directly dealing with customers.\n• Excellent communication skills: clarity of thought, ability to communicate effectively and efficiently.\n• Excellent convincing ability using well-reasoned arguments without over-selling.\n• Good knowledge of using computers, internet, web tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, • Spreadsheets, Contacts, Drive, etc.\n• Excellent listening skills.\n• Experience in handling challenging customer interactions.\n\nDESIRABLE SKILLS (optional, but highly preferred)\n\n• 4+ years of Sales / Business Development / Client Relationship (or similar) experience.\n• Experience in the Health, Fitness, or Wellness industry is a huge plus.\n• Good understanding of human behavior and buying mentality.\n• Good understanding of the needs, requirements, and expectations of customers.\n\nHOW TO APPLY\n\nApply on LinkedIn with your:\n• Resume\n• Short Intro video (optional, but highly preferred)\n• Casual video is okay.
