As a Marketing Head, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, mentor and inspire the marketing team to achieve high performance, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing campaign creation and delivery.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with departments to integrate marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing ROI.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and technologies, integrating new tools and tactics as needed.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies.
- Address challenges in underperforming campaigns and drive solutions.
- Promote new products and services to enhance market penetration and revenue.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing performance, key metrics and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of lead generation and marketing data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team, with a strong ability to inspire, mentor and drive team performance.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results and align with business goals.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of managing complex campaigns and achieving significant outcomes.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies and marketing tools, with the ability to leverage technology for competitive advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.
