Job Description
You'll handle incoming customer and prospect enquiries, support existing accounts, follow up on warm opportunities, and help build the processes that keep communication organised as the business scales.\n\nWhat you will do\nServe as the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries, sample requests, and lead submissions, ensuring every conversation receives timely and professional follow-up.\nSupport customers, distributors, and prospects by answering questions, resolving routine issues, and helping them find the information or resources they need.\nFollow up with warm leads and active opportunities, keeping conversations moving and helping schedule meetings when needed.\nWork closely with senior leadership to ensure important customer relationships, enquiries, and opportunities don't fall through the cracks.\nKeep customer and sales conversations organised, maintaining clear records and ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.\nHelp build the systems, workflows, and customer support processes that will support the next stage of the company's growth.\n\nWho we are looking for\nYou've spent 2+ years in customer support, inside sales, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.\nYou've handled inbound customer enquiries, account requests, lead follow-up, and sales support activities, and you're comfortable managing multiple conversations at once.\nYou've worked with CRM systems, customer support platforms, or structured workflows to track communication and keep opportunities moving.\nYou're confident communicating with customers and partners over email and phone, and know how to represent a brand professionally.\nYou're comfortable working from established processes while also helping improve them as the business grows.\nYou're organised, responsive, and dependable, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.\n\nBonus points if you have\nExperience in consumer brands, food, beverage, CPG, or FMCG.\nExperience working with distributors, samples, or customer-facing logistics.\nFamiliarity with CRM tools, shared inboxes, or structured follow-up workflows.\n\nNote : By submitting your application, you consent to being contacted by Growthbuddy via phone call for screening purposes.
