The Legal Compliance Officer will ensure organizational adherence to all applicable laws, handle regulatory compliance matters, prepare and review legal documents, oversee the resolution of legal issues, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks. The responsibilities also include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and represent the organization in legal proceedings when required.\n\nQualifications\nStrong knowledge of Civil Law and Land Rules related to Real Estate\nExperience of five years & above with Legal Document Preparation & management\nAbility to identify, analyze, and resolve Legal Issues effectively\nCritical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation\nGood communication skills\nProficiency in relevant legal softwares and tools\nBachelor's degree in Law is preferble & exposure in land Dealings\nExperience in the real estate or construction industry is a must\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
