Job Description
Project Planning & Execution\n* Lead end-to-end execution of multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously.\n* Develop detailed project schedules, milestones and execution plans.\n* Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, contractors, materials and site resources.\n* Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets.\n* Drive smooth handover and project closure processes.\n\n2. Client Management\n* Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.\n* Conduct regular review meetings with clients and stakeholders.\n* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management.\n* Handle escalation management and resolve execution-related concerns proactively.\n\n3. Team Leadership\n* Lead and mentor Execution Teams on site.\n* Build accountability and ownership culture across project teams.\n* Conduct performance reviews and capability development for execution teams.\n* Ensure interdepartmental coordination with Design, Procurement, Sales and Finance teams.\n\n4.
Budgeting & Cost Control\n* Prepare and monitor project budgets and profitability.\n* Track project costing, BOQ deviations and variation orders.\n* Ensure optimum utilization of resources and cost efficiency.\n* Monitor billing, certification and payment collection coordination.\n\n5. Vendor & Contractor Management\n* Identify, evaluate and manage contractors, vendors and suppliers.\n* Ensure vendor performance as per quality and timeline expectations.\n* Negotiate commercial terms and work orders where required.\n* Maintain strong subcontractor and partner ecosystem\n\n6. Quality Assurance\n* Ensure execution quality as per approved drawings and brand standards.\n* Conduct regular site audits and inspections.\n* Implement SOPs and quality benchmarks across projects.\n* Ensure snag-free project completion and timely rectification.\n\n7.
Site Safety & Compliance\n* Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance.\n* Monitor site discipline, labour compliance and documentation.\n* Ensure implementation of health & safety practices across all project sites.\n\n8. MIS & Reporting\n* Prepare weekly and monthly project review reports.\n* Present project status, risks and recovery plans to management.\n* Maintain dashboards for project timelines, costs, productivity and profitability.\n* Drive data-based project decision making.\n\nExperience\n* 6–8 years of experience in interior fit-out / turnkey execution\n* Experience handling medium size retail, commercial or hospitality projects\n* Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously\n* Prior experience in a Rs 50 crore-100 crore interior design or contracting company preferred\n\nRequired Skills & Competencies Technical Skills\n* Project execution and site management\n* BOQ and costing understanding\n* Vendor and contractor management\n* Project scheduling and planning\n* Interior fit-out knowledge\n* AutoCAD and project management tools understanding\n* Billing and commercial awareness\n\nCompensation Structure\n* Fixed Salary + Incentives\n* Performance Incentive: Based on:\n* Timely delivery\n* Gross margins\n* Client satisfaction\n* Team performance
