To learn more about us, visit our website at www.rhythmhc.com.\n\nJOB SUMMARY:\nRhythm Healthcare is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role will partner directly with the VP of FP&A and the Sr. Manager of FP&A to drive the company's planning, forecasting, and analytical horsepower.
This role owns recurring FP&A deliverables (forecasting, variance analysis, forecast loads) end-to-end while leading ad-hoc analyses that inform pricing, margin, freight, and cost-to-serve decisions. This is a high-visibility seat for a driven, analytical professional looking to deepen their FP&A career in a growing healthcare company.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nMonthly forecasting process: partner with department leaders, consolidate inputs, and prepare forecast deliverables for review\nPricing analysis: evaluate pricing actions, price realization, and competitive positioning.\nFailure rate analysis: quantify warranty/failure cost impact and identify root-cause trends.\nCustomer / product mix analysis: assess shifts in mix and downstream margin impact.\nLead forecast loads into NetSuite and reconcile against source models.\nPrepare month-end variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs.
forecast) with written commentary explaining drivers.\nMaintain and improve driver-based financial models supporting the annual budget and rolling reforecasts.\nPrepare monthly reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and profitability insights for executive review.\nGross margin and COGS analysis: dig into cost variances and identify margin improvement opportunities.\nUnallocated freight analysis: investigate and resolve unallocated freight costs.\nFreight cost analysis: analyze carrier performance, lane economics, and surcharge trends.\nCost-to-serve analysis: model fully-loaded cost by customer / channel to inform commercial decisions.\nBuild out the data and reporting infrastructure needed to bring UPS, WWEX, and other operational data into NetSuite.\nAssist in preparation of board-level and executive leadership presentations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve recurring reporting tools, dashboards, and the team's analytical workflow.\nSupport bank reconciliations and bank reporting during the transition of these activities to Accounting.\nSupport audit preparation and PBC schedules.\nPartner with Accounting on month-end close items where finance context is required.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.\n7 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience; corporate FP&A experience strongly preferred.
