Interior Designer / Project Supervisor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer / Project Supervisor role based in Hyderabad. The role involves developing interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure designs are implemented accurately. The Interior Designer / Project Supervisor will visit sites regularly to supervise work progress, verify that construction aligns with approved drawings and specifications, and address any on-site design or coordination issues. Responsibilities include space planning, material and FF&E selection, preparing construction and presentation documents, and supporting cost estimates and timelines. The role also requires managing communication between the design studio and site teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Qualifications

• Strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic layouts.
• Knowledge of Architecture principles and building systems to coordinate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, details, and technical documentation.
• Experience with FF&E selection, including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and materials specification.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and MS Office.
• Demonstrated experience in on-site supervision, contractor coordination, and quality checks.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Hyderabad and conduct regular site visits as required.
• Previous experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects is an advantage.
