Job Description
Must have skills:\n5+yrs technical expertise in IVR systems and platforms (e.g., Nuance NDF/Mix, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco).\nProficiency in VoiceXML and other IVR development tools and frameworks.\nProficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, NodeJS or C++ for IVR scripting and customization.\nExperience with Conversational AI projects, including intent identification and LLM development.\nStrong understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.\nExperience with database management (SQL, NoSQL).\nKnowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, TDM).\nExposure to RPA tools, CRM systems, and customer service applications.\nProficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services.\nGood to have skills:\nMicrosoft Co-pilot
