Influencer Support Specialist

We’re Hiring: Influencer Support Specialist\n\nInfluwrap is looking for a dedicated Influencer Support Specialist to join our team.\n\nIn this role, you'll communicate directly with influencers after the initial outreach, answer their questions, guide them through collaborations, help them place influencer orders, and ensure every collaboration runs smoothly.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* Reply to influencer emails and messages\n* Follow up with creators throughout the partnership\n* Help creators place their influencer orders\n* Send guidelines to creators, create promo codes\n* Coordinate campaign details and deadlines\n* Keep communication professional, warm, friendly, and organized\n* Update internal records and track ongoing collaborations in google sheets\n\nRequirements\n\n* Excellent written English, another languages like French, Spanish, German are big plus\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n* At least 1 year of experience in customer service, communications, marketing or business development\n* Highly organized and detail-oriented\n* Reliable and able to manage multiple conversations at once\n* Interest in influencer marketing and social media\n\nTo apply, send your CV and a short introduction to\nPlease use subject for the email: Application for Influencer Support Specialist\n\nOnly serious candidates, please
