Pre‑Sales Engineer – Electronic Security Systems\n\nWe are hiring a Pre‑Sales Engineer with strong expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, Intrusion Systems & Automation Systems .\nThe ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD , capable of interpreting client drawings, and able to design accurate BOQs/POQs for B2B and B2C for India and UAE requirements.\n\nRequired Skills • Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT or related field\n• 1–3 years experience in pre‑sales for electronic security systems\n• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, FAS, Intrusion & Automation\n• AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory\n• Ability to read & modify architectural drawings\n• Understanding of IP networking (NVRs, switches, VMS, addressing)\n• Strong communication & documentation skills\nPreferred • Experience with Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, Bosch, Matrix, Panasonic, Ravel, etc.\n• Knowledge of SLDs, cable schedules & ELV integration\n• Experience in tender documentation & government submissions\n\nKey Responsibilities Technical & Design\n• Interpret client AutoCAD drawings and extract technical requirements\n• Prepare accurate BOQs/POQs\n• Plot device locations, camera placements & basic cable routing in AutoCAD\n• Design system architecture for CCTV, Access Control, FAS, Intrusion & Automation\n• Provide B2B & B2C design support (product proposition + BOQ creation)\n• Support dealers/partners with BOQ design, product suggestions & OEM‑aligned solutions\nOEM Coordination\n• Work with OEM partners for product validation, compatibility & compliance\n• Stay updated with new product releases and OEM guidelines\nTender Support\n• Handle complete tender process: requirement study, BOQ, compliance sheets\n• Prepare system design layouts for tender submissions\n• Support documentation & submission process end‑to‑end\nSales & Lead Team Coordination\n• Support Sales Team with technical inputs during client meetings\n• Validate opportunities with Lead Generation Team\n• Participate in client discussions & solution walkthroughs\n• Conduct site surveys & prepare survey reports
