About Raptoric\n\nRaptoric is a cybersecurity services firm helping organizations strengthen their security posture, meet regulatory requirements, and stay ahead of evolving threats.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and maintain security solutions for our clients and internal systems. You will work across the full security lifecycle, from prevention and monitoring to incident response.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nImplement, configure, and maintain security tools and infrastructure (firewalls, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, VPN)\nMonitor systems and networks, investigate alerts, and respond to security incidents\nPerform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation\nConduct security reviews and risk assessments of networks, systems, and applications\nHarden servers, endpoints, and cloud environments according to best practices\nDevelop and maintain security policies, procedures, and technical documentation\nSupport compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR)\nAdvise internal teams and clients on security best practices\nStay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies\n\nRequirements\n\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience\n3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related IT security role\nSolid knowledge of network security, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and common attack vectors\nHands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners, and firewalls\nFamiliarity with security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls)\nScripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProfessional proficiency in English\n\nNice to Have\n\nSecurity certifications (Security+, CEH, OSCP, CISSP, or similar)\nCloud security experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nExperience in a consulting or client-facing environment\nComfort using AI-assisted tools in daily workflows\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary aligned with experience\nFlexible working arrangements\nBudget for certifications and professional development
