Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Client Partner to drive business growth, manage strategic client relationships, and expand our Microsoft and AI services portfolio across domestic / US markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise technology sales, account management, and digital transformation consulting, with expertise in Microsoft technologies, Cloud, Data, AI, and Power Platform solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive new business acquisition and account expansion across India / North America\nBuild and manage a healthy sales pipeline for Microsoft and AI-led solutions\n.Identify opportunities in Cloud, Data & Analytics, Generative AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Managed Services\nOwn revenue targets, forecasting, and account growth plans\nDevelop and maintain executive-level relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholders\nServe as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation, AI adoption, and Microsoft technology roadmaps\nCollaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions\nLead discovery discussions, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiations\nArticulate business value and ROI for AI, Cloud, Automation, and Microsoft platform investments\n.Account Management\nManage strategic accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention\nIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing customers\nSupport delivery governance and proactively address client escalations\nBuild relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft sales teams, partner channels, and alliance stakeholders\nStay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging AI technologies\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n12+ years of experience in IT services sales, consulting, or account management\nProven experience selling Microsoft solutions and services in US / Indian markets\nStrong understanding of\nMicrosoft Azure\nPower Platform\nDynamics 365\nMicrosoft 365\nData & Analytics\nAI / Generative AI solutions\nDemonstrated success in managing enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets\nExperience engaging with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers\nStrong proposal management, negotiation, and commercial skills\nAbility to work with global teams and manage complex sales cycles\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with Microsoft partners or Microsoft ecosystem organizations\nExisting network within enterprise customers in India and/or North America\nUnderstanding of AI, Machine Learning, Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives\nExperience selling offshore, managed services, or consulting engagements
