Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager – AI Native Development who combines product leadership with hands-on building capability .
This is not a traditional roadmap-driven PM role. We are hiring leaders who personally prototype, build, and ship AI-powered product flows using modern AI-assisted development environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar tools.
You will lead the development of AI-first products end-to-end , driving strategy, execution, and delivery at speed while mentoring teams and shaping product direction.
&A0;️ Candidates who have only used AI tools for prompting (ChatGPT, Claude.ai, etc.) without building real product flows will not be considered.
Experience
- 6–9 years total experience
- Minimum 6–12 months of hands-on AI-native product development (mandatory)
- Proven ability to lead and ship AI-powered products at scale
- Strong understanding of AI/ML product ecosystems and trends
- Ability to balance strategy with execution (builder mindset)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Demonstrated experience in leading product initiatives or teams
- Strong mentorship and team-building capabilities
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions
- Startup or product-led company experience
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
- Background in engineering, design, or technical product management
