We are looking for a versatile Video Editor & Graphic Designer to own our\nvisual narrative across video and static formats, helping us translate complex AI concepts into\ncompelling, high-converting creative assets.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n%CF; End-to-End Video Production: Edit and produce high-quality video content, including\nproduct walkthroughs, CXO event summaries, customer testimonials, and short-form,\nsocial-first campaign videos.\n%CF; Graphic Design & Visual Brand: Design compelling static assets for landing pages,\nsocial media, executive-ready strategic decks, and product-led growth initiatives.\n%CF; Motion Graphics: Create animations and motion graphics to explain our AI modules\nand sales operating system features clearly and dynamically.\n%CF; Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the growth marketing and founding\nteams to ensure all visuals align with our strategic messaging and brand identity.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n%CF; Experience: 2–3+ years of professional experience in a hybrid graphic design and video\nediting role, preferably within a B2B SaaS, tech startup, or agency environment.\n%CF; Portfolio (Mandatory): A strong online portfolio demonstrating both static design\nexcellence and video/motion editing capabilities. Applications without a portfolio will not\nbe considered.\n%CF; Technical Chops: Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After\nEffects) and design tools (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop).\n%CF; Modern Workflows: Familiarity with leveraging generative AI tools for video and content\ncreation to accelerate production.\n%CF; Strategic Eye: An understanding of data-driven, retention-based editing and what\nmakes a visual asset perform well across different digital channels.
