Job description

• Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
• Proven experience designing Agentic AI systems (autonomous agents, tool-using agents, planners, memory-enabled agents)
• Expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel
• Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and tool/function calling
• Experience integrating agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external tools
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, reasoning chains, planning, and orchestration
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and scalable deployment practices
• Ability to translate business workflows into autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agent designs
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred / Good‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with multi-agent coordination , task decomposition, and feedback loops
• Hands-on experience with vector databases and embeddings (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch)
• Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps including monitoring, observability, and governance
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or Anthropic models
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, safety, and compliance considerations in autonomous systems
• Relevant certifications in AI, ML, Cloud, or GenAI
